1. About the Platform
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony is an online matrimonial platform that allows eligible users to:

Upload profile photographs and other permitted content.
Search for and view matrimonial profiles.
Express interest in or communicate with other users, subject to the selected subscription plan.

Deactivate their account when they no longer wish their profile to remain active.
The platform only facilitates introductions between users. Akele Kab Tak Matrimony is not a marriage broker, dating agency, legal adviser, background-verification agency, or guarantor of any marriage, relationship, engagement, compatibility, or outcome.
2. Eligibility
You may register and use the website only if:
You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
You are legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must promptly notify Akele Kab Tak Matrimony at support@akelekabtakmatrimony.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
4. Profile Information and Visibility
Information added to your matrimonial profile may be visible to other registered users according to your account settings, subscription status, platform features, and applicable privacy controls.
You understand that the purpose of a matrimonial profile is to allow other users to evaluate potential matches. You should therefore avoid publishing information that is unnecessary, excessively sensitive, confidential, or unsafe to share publicly.
You must not display the following directly in publicly visible profile sections unless the platform specifically provides a secure field for it:
Passwords, one-time passwords, or security codes.
Banking, card, UPI, or payment information.
Government identification numbers.
Private financial documents.
Another person’s confidential information.
Content that could expose you or another person to fraud, harassment, or physical harm.
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony may edit the formatting, limit the visibility, reject, or remove profile content that violates these terms or creates a safety, legal, or security concern.
5. Profile Verification
The platform may offer profile, contact, photograph, identity, employment, education, or other verification features. Verification may be performed internally or through authorised service providers.
A verification badge or verification status only indicates that certain information or documents were reviewed through the available process. It does not guarantee that:
Every detail in the profile is true.
The user has no criminal, financial, marital, or personal history.
The user is suitable or compatible with you.

6. User Conduct

Send obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or unwanted content.

Misrepresent your identity, marital status, age, occupation, income, education, family, location, or intentions.

Use photographs, documents, or information belonging to another person without permission.

Use the platform for casual dating, escort services, sexual services, trafficking, or any unlawful activity.
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony may investigate reported conduct and restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Communication Between Users
Communication features may depend on your subscription plan and may include interest requests, profile-contact access, messages, email notifications, or other tools.
You are solely responsible for your conversations and interactions with other users. Exercise caution before:
Sharing your telephone number, address, workplace, financial information, or identity documents.
Meeting another user in person.
Travelling to meet another user.
Making engagement, marriage, financial, or family commitments.
Transferring money or purchasing anything for another user.
For initial meetings, consider meeting in a public place and informing a trusted family member or friend.
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony does not monitor every private interaction and is not responsible for statements, promises, conduct, meetings, transactions, or disputes between users.
8. Paid Subscriptions
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony provides paid subscription plans. The price, validity period, included features, usage limits, and applicable taxes will be displayed before payment.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
You have reviewed the plan details before payment.
Access is limited to the features and duration stated for the selected plan.
Features may differ between plans.
Unused benefits generally expire when the subscription period ends.
Subscription benefits are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.
Deactivating your account does not pause or extend the subscription period unless expressly stated otherwise.
A subscription will not automatically renew unless automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and accepted during purchase.
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee responses, matches, contact acceptance, engagement, or marriage.
The platform may change future subscription prices or features. Such changes will not ordinarily reduce benefits already purchased for an active subscription period, except where necessary for legal, security, misuse-prevention, or technical reasons.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. When completing a payment, you may also be subject to the payment gateway’s terms and privacy practices.
Akele Kab Tak Matrimony does not ordinarily store complete card numbers, card security codes, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or one-time passwords.
You must provide correct billing and payment information. You must not use a payment method without the account holder’s permission.
A payment may fail or remain pending because of bank, network, gateway, technical, risk-control, or regulatory issues. Subscription access will normally be activated only after successful payment confirmation.
10. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or specifically allowed under that policy, payments are not refundable merely because:
You changed your mind.
You did not use all subscription features.
You did not receive responses from other users.
You did not find a suitable match.
You deactivated your account.

Another user rejected, blocked, or stopped communicating with you.

11. Account Deactivation
You may deactivate your account using the available account settings.
After deactivation:

Other users may no longer be able to initiate new interactions with you.
Existing records, conversations, payment records, reports, or security logs may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.
Your active subscription period may continue to run and will not automatically be paused.
Certain information may remain visible where it was previously shared with another user or is required for transaction and complaint records.
Deactivation is not necessarily the same as permanent deletion.

12. Suspension and Termination

This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup cycles and information that must be retained for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content you provide.
15. Intellectual Property
The website’s name, branding, design, software, layout, graphics, databases, text, features, and platform content—excluding user-owned content—belong to or are lawfully used by Akele Kab Tak Matrimony.

19. Safety Disclaimer

20. Limitation of Liability

21. Indemnity
