• Encouraging another person to participate in any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

Google Play similarly prohibits grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and other behaviour that facilitates child exploitation.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Akele Kab Tak Matrimony strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material.

CSAM includes images, videos, digital media, generated imagery, or other visual material depicting or representing sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a child.

Users must never upload, transmit, request, distribute, save, promote, or exchange such material through our platform.

When we become aware of suspected CSAM, we may take immediate action including:

• Removing or restricting access to the content.
• Suspending or permanently terminating the associated account.
• Preserving relevant information where legally required.
• Reviewing associated accounts or activity for additional violations.
• Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal material to appropriate law-enforcement agencies, child-safety organisations, or relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Google Play requires covered social and dating apps to take appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM and to maintain a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authority.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to immediately report any profile, content, message, photograph, or activity that they believe may involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or other child-safety concerns.

Where available, users may use the Report feature within Akele Kab Tak Matrimony to report a profile or inappropriate activity.

In-App Reporting and Blocking

Users may report profiles that appear to:

Users may also block profiles where the relevant blocking functionality is available.

Google Play requires social and dating apps covered by the Child Safety Standards policy to provide an in-app mechanism through which users can submit concerns or reports.

Account Enforcement

Violation of these Child Safety Standards may result in actions including:

• Content removal.
• Profile restrictions.
• Loss of communication privileges.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Blocking future access to the platform where appropriate.
• Referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Serious child-safety violations may result in immediate permanent termination without prior warning.

False Age or Identity Information

Users must provide truthful age and identity information.

Misrepresenting a person's age in order to gain access to Akele Kab Tak Matrimony is prohibited.

If we reasonably believe that an account belongs to or represents a minor, we may request additional information or take appropriate action, including restricting or deleting the account.

Cooperation With Authorities
